The Box Four chain employs an 8-speed platform in a similar strategy to the Prime 9 but at a great price point. The chain is polished and then chemically treated to achieve corrosion resistance. We engineered the inner link spacing to be a little tighter than other 8-speed chains and is optimized for use with our Box Four Wide/Narrow Chainring.

Box Two Quick Release Seat Clamps are cold-forged, and CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. Weighing in at just 27 grams/0.95 ounces in the 31.8 size, they are as lightweight as tough. The head of the quick-release lever and the face of the clamp are given a proprietary low-friction surface treatment that ensures smooth lever action for the life of the clamp without the need for a bushing. The Box Three BMX chain is polished and then chemically treated to achieve corrosion resistance. All Box Three chains have chamfered shifting edges, solid plates and solid pins to safeguard durability. Our unique inner link spacing is engineered to grab those modern wide/narrow chainrings. Box One™ 120 TPI Folding Tires were engineered with a minimalist approach to hit lofty goals for weight, traction, rolling resistance, and rebound. At its heart is a super-supple 120TPI casing where we forced in as much rubber displacing nylon as possible. Skin walls are employed to reduce drag and further reduce weight. We flanked the high-density casing with a tightly packed hoop of aramid fibers. Finally, we draped this all with BMX race-specific tread that transitions from a center band with a large contact patch to unidirectional tactile knobbies on the sides. This aggressive combination allows for maximum traction out of the gate, immense adhesion in the corners, and low rolling resistance in the straights.
