Electric Bike Service Guidelines
At this time we only service electric bike brands we sell. The brands we currently sell and service: Specialized, Yamaha, Cannondale, Aventon, Biria and Gazelle. When bringing any of these brands of electric bikes for service we ask that you bring in the key, battery and charger. If possible please charge your bike before dropping it off for service.
For all other electric bikes our service center offers limited services such as: tires, tubes, minor shifting and braking adjustments, and accessory installation on most other makes and models. We are not able to service electronics, motors, or batteries on non-UL rated or electric bikes purchased online (direct ship to the consumer). Please note that batteries must be removed before bringing E-Bikes in for service.
If you have any questions please contact our service department at 321-751-5457 for further information.
